Decision to provide duties to party cadres
- Following the review for work application and the ability of the cadres
- Based on the decision of the meeting of the central committee on 01 June 1981
The office of the central committee has decided:
Article 1: To provide the duty to the following 5 comrades at the Assembly
1- Comrade Chea Sim, member of the political office of the central committee and president of the front for the construction and defense of the Kampuchea motherland, is nominated as the president of the Assembly and he will be the Minister of Interior.
2- Comrade Mat Ly, member of the central committee, is nominated as the deputy minister of agriculture and vice-president of the Assembly.
3- Preah Vineythor Tep Vong, vice-president of the front for the construction and defense of the Kampuchea motherland, is nominated as vice-president of the Assembly.
4- Comrade Nou Beng is nominated as vice-president of the Assembly, he is removed from his position of minister of health.
5- Comrade Phlek Phirun, the president of the Kampuchea Red Cross, is nominated as secretary of the Assembly.
Article 2: The ministries of interior, agriculture, the front for the construction and defense of the Kampuchea motherland, the ministry of health, the Assembly office, the state councils, and office of the councils of the prime minister, the office of the party central committee, the nomination committee of the party central committee, and the 5 comrades above must follow this decision.
