This speech was given by Mr. Thach Setha on the occasion of the 58th Annual Memorial Service, the saddest day in Khmer history, to honor past Khmer heroic Buddhist monks, heroic kings, heroes and leaders of Cambodia, especially Kampuchea Krom, who bravely sacrificed their lives to defend, protect, guard and preserve Kampuchea Krom, Khmer identity, Theravada Buddhism, language, culture, custom, tradition, and way of life in their own territories before, and during the time of hero Oknha Son Kuy through the present time.

As long as Cambodia still has chomkuot Tep Vong as the boss of all the khmer monks, kk monks will never be at peace.
I wish to all Khmer krom people around the world to achieve their goal in the very near future in getting their Country back to their hand. From now on, they have to train their people how to administer in efficiancy way in Khmer Krom in case the UN will turn Khmer Krom back to Khmer Krom people. Khmer Krom need to train their people to be able to lead this country to prosperous instead of corruption like Hun Sen and his clan. Please do not sell positions like Rannarith. That will lead into disastrous completely. Khmer Krom must learn from China how to grip this country by Khmer Krom people without division into small clan and civil war at all.

I am totally support KHMER KROM independen soon. If not join Cambodia at least they have their own self-determination. Like with the situation inside Cambodia now I rather not to see them fail. I want to see them success. I bet they will be more prosperous. Yes at least train KHMER KROM intellectuals to learn how to govern the administration from low level to the top. Just like the exile government of IRAQ. Once they have a chance or in case the time arrived each one of you will be control all the post. Please keep up the good work. All Cambodian will support you all the way. BRAVO kHMER KROM AND THE REST OF KHMER.
The Vietcong black heart will be exposed of their dirty trick to confuse the world on the issue of the Khmer Krom people! By God command, Khmer Krom people will be freed!!!
