HA NOI — Vietnamese and Cambodian companies have inked a deal to explore mining possibilities in Cambodia over the next few years.

Viet Nam’s Coal and Mineral Industries Group and Cambodia’s Try Pheap Mining and Mom Good Luck Mining signed the deal yesterday.

As per the contract, the three firms will conduct two years of research in Stung Streng Province’s Thalabori Vat District and Anlong Chey and Anlong Phe regions. They will use the results as the basis for mining exploration in the region.
