HA NOI — The King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni, has sent a message of congratulations to President Nguyen Minh Triet on his re-election as President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
In his message, the King said he believed that under Triet’s clear-sighted leadership, the traditional friendship and co-operation between the two nations would continue to develop.
For his part, Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Sen sent a message of congratulations to Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung as he was re-elected Prime Minister of Viet Nam.
Cambodian National Assembly Chairman Heng Samrin and Speaker of the Senate Chea Sim have also sent messages of congratulations to re-elected chairman of Viet Nam’s National Assembly Nguyen Phu Trong.
Laos’s Vice President Bounnhang Vorachit also sent a message of congratulations to newly-elected Vice President of Viet Nam, Nguyen Thi Doan.

This is incredible when stupid Cambodian King and Cambodian Vietcong slave leaders continue to send their congratulatory messages to the Vietcong leaders while Cambodian people continue to face racial discrimination by the Vietcong and sitting in the Vietcong jail!
As far as I am concerned the Vietcong are increasingly displaying bully behavior toward Cambodian people and for them to conduct clandestine activities to kidnap Cambodian people to put them in their jail is unacceptable! This is unacceptable under Cambodian constitution!
Cambodian King claimed to be constitutional King and rule by constitution and there are certain duties that he must perform under Cambodian constitution for him to fulfill as Cambodian King! Why hasn't he do his job which guarantee under Cambodian constitution? Why? Why? Why?

"Article 8 - The King of Cambodia shall be a symbol of unity and eternity of the nation. The King shall be the guarantor of the national independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the protector of rights and freedom for all citizens and the guarantor of international treaties"
With all his righteousness this Cambodian still sits on his hand and silent as a monkey! Does this stupid King think that Cambodian people are his animals or his subjects! If this stupid Cambodian King thinks that Cambodian people are his animals then there is no need to speak out on the issue of the Vietcong racial discrimination and kidnapping against Cambodian people!
Cambodian King is getting too comfortable and too easy in life because he chooses not deal with the real issues of the day which require under Cambodian constitution! In real life, If Cambodian people don't work and they won't have anything to eat! Do you think this Cambodian King deserves to have something to eat for not working?
This Cambodian King fail to play his role and do his job as a Cambodian King and the whole Cambodian history need to be turned upside down and the whole Cambodian constitution need to be rewritten! Those who fail to make decision don’t deserve to be a King!

Yuon had been and is continuing to slapping and pushing us around. And that was one of the top political reasons why, in late 1976, Khieu Samphan, Pol Pot, Noun Chea, Son Sen, Ieng Sary, Ney Sarann, Kang Chap, etc., had decided, for the sake of Khmer people, country, and the nation, they stood up against the Yuon's aggression and oppression and they initiated the surprise assault on Yuon - "Khmer rouge troops penetrated ten kilometers inside Vietnam, killed thousands of them." Khmer Rouge's top political policy was to "not only they refused to give up more Khmer land to Yuon but they had also attacked on Yuon to liberate Khmer Kampuchea Krom. But it was our unfortunate that "Yuon's spies and agents were already inside Cambodia since the 60's". You can confirm with the all "Mighty King Sihanouk" about that.
Yuon, not only they didn't want to bring up any discussion with the Khmer Rouge about Kampuchea Krom Territory, but Yuon also had imposed on Khmer Rouge to give them some more of Khmer land and maritime. Yuon had cornered Khmer Rouge to make an agreement with them to redraw the border demarcation.
LOOK AND SEE FOR YOURSELF, WHAT HAS YUON BEEN DOING WITH THE PUPPET, HUN SEN GOVERNMENT? (Vietnamese illegal immigrants, land and maritime border demarcation, rectangular economic development, etc.).
YUON BETRAYED SIHANOUK, YUON CRIPPLED KHMER ROUGE, AND NOW, YUON FOSTERING HUN SEN GOVERNMENT.

The whole pattern of the Vietcong victories over the Cambodian leaders through out history had been the use of force which is by military power!
King Sihanuouk fails for using neutrality to protect Cambodia (No weapon!)!
Lon Nol fail for using military to protect Cambodia (Outdates weapons and most of the weapons were used during WWII!)
Pol Pot fail for using military to protect Cambodia (Depend on manpower like animal and use only AK-47 and no technology whatsoever!)
So what is the solution to defeat the Vietcong at their own game?
First solution to eliminate Cambodian neutrality and the whole Cambodian constitution need to be rewritten because Cambodian need to ally themselves with great power! Second solution, Cambodian must begin military build up for next 50 years to 100 years or more! (Please not the way of Lon Nol or the Khmer Rouge because the Lon Nol and the Khmer Rouge have no concept of modern warfare and what weapons will effective against the Vietcong and the Vietcong population!) Cambodian weapons must possess the capability to destroy the Vietcong factories, power stations, power plants, tanks, ships, jet fighters, telecommunications, roads and highway, water plants, sewage plants, bridges, and all other things that make the Vietcong society possible from far away distance without the use of man power! The missile technology will be the cheapest way to go and of course other technologies will be on the way...Cambodia must seek Mutual assured destruction (MAD) capability against the Vietcong! The Vietcong had been seeking nuclear capability for along time and they will achieve someday and Cambodia has no choice but to do the same!
Other solutions will come to play...and Cambodia can no longer wait for the international community to help them...Cambodian people have to right to live on this planet too!
I am really happy to see someone like 5:56PM clearly publicized an important information for us young Cambodian to know. Thats right, I even heard that Pol Pot admitted that his army woudn't match the YOUN army but at least he've showed the YOUN that we not back up on anything. If there is no spies in his army he could have done a great job. Very true we should and must have the rights to live or exist on this planet too. Come on, KHMER leaders wake up! Just don't look at the situation on side that (YOUN) is being nice and being a thousand years friendship. If the YOUN wants to be thausand years friendship with Khmer why the hell they want to redraw Khmer's border or demarcation and plus they have ordered HUN SEN government to rewritten the constitution. This is the violation of Cambodian constitution. WAKE UP ALL KHMER LEADERS! OPEN YOU EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why the hell did they sent congratulation to the YOUN leader? Why do they oblige the YOUN since they know YOUN showing the mistreatment, oppression, abuse human rights especially to our poor Khmer Krom people. What the f**K is wrong with Khmer leaders?

The same as what King Sihamoni is doing. To the guy who said Kings of Cambodia or King Sihamoni's parents are white and Yuon, please stop.
They are Khmers just like you.
Those rumour or satire is from the anti-monarchy or from Yuon own propaganda to divide Khmer community. Yuon's strategy dividing Cambodian people has been going on and on non stop and furthermore some Khmers are helping Yuon's strategy to victorious. Sad indeed when Khmers have been divided.
Check it out that Yuon have one million troop (100 million people) while Khmers have around a little more than 100K troops (~13 million people).
It is nothing wrong to congrat your enemy, it is an act of diplomacy. You get to be smart to survive.
Remember this: The whole WORLD KNow that the bomb attacked the Viet_Khmer Relationship monument was engineered by Yuon to frame on Khmer Kampuchea Krom. The King also knew; he is not dumbed as you all think. He is a wise King and he has to be careful what to say or not to say for the sake of his Nation and his people.
This message is for Yuon who read this that everyone knows about who conspired with this attack.
What comes around goes around, and the way Yuon trying to exterminate the native of the land won't be successful because the sun won't be dying out so soon.
This message is also to the ignorant Khmers who keep lifting up the Yuon's propaganda by helping them to divide Khmers to STOP NOW before I pull you all out form this ring.
I don't think the present puppet king have a choice, but to play along with Hun Sen. Ofcourse he has to send congratulatory terms to Youn. If not, he would be stripped. Personally, I like Sihamoni. He has no choice but to play along with Hun.
