VietNamNet Bridge - Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem arrived in Cambodia for official visit and promptly held talks with his counterpart Hor Namhong on August 20, where they discussed Cambodia’s marked political and economic development.
Deputy PM Khiem singled out the ward and communal elections that were held in April 2007 as evidence that the Cambodian National Assembly elections for 2008 would be a roaring success.
Both Foreign Ministry leaders said that trade and investment between the two neighbours continued to be a positive driving force in their greater diplomatic relationship and that celebrations of the 40 th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Cambodia underscored the motto of “fine neighbours, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation and long-term stability.”
A consensus was also reached on the need to continue to work together in the forums of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle, the Ayeyawady – Chao Phraya –Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS), the Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam cooperation, the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) and the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM).
Also on August 20, the Deputy PM paid a courtesy visit to Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen who expressed his gratitude for the provision of human resources training, healthcare and infrastructure construction programmes to the impoverished nation.

To see AH Pham Gia Khiem Vietcong dog eater to continue to tell AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave day in and day out that he must do this and he must do that is very sickening!
It seems that of all Cambodian people in the world and only AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave who doesn't know how to think and yet he is a leader or a king of Cambodia! The Vietcong sure know how to choose a leader for Cambodian people!
Did AH HUN SEN praise the Vietcong for helping Cambodia in "healthcare and infrastructure construction programmes"? Oh well, thank to the Vietcong that is why more Cambodian people are dying of dengue fever than last year! I remembered that baby Cambodian boy got his foot severed in escalator accident and AH HUN SEN's doctor don't be even know how to connect the foot back and so he was shipped to Vietname just for a simple operation! What about the famous singer Pov Panapich who got shot in the neck and she had to be sent to Vietname just to save her! It seems even with the Vietcong help in Cambodian healthcare system and all these stupid Cambodian doctors can't even do shit! This is a disgrace!
In addition, the whole construction program business in Cambodia is a disgrace! There is no a whole lot of thought going into any of the fucken architecture, landscape, sewage system, streets, alley, walkway... The constructions are just a bunch of boxes, boxes, and more boxes of villa, houses, or whatever! It is what you called an "ASIAN SLUMP"! There is no beauty, no style, and no originality to talk about!
It won't change a damn thing if AH HUN SEN continue to thank the Vietcong because the Vietcong help Cambodian people under AH HUN SEN to be stupid people who can't even do shit on their own!
This is disgrace!
