Viet Nam, Cambodia share financial experience [... as well as their repression experience on Khmer Krom people]

02/08/2007

A delegation from the Cambodian Ministry of Economy and Finance is on a working visit to learn from Viet Nam’s experience in implementing the Treasury and Budget Management Information System (TABMIS).

Part of the visit, the delegation headed by the ministry’s Secretary General Hang Chuon Naron worked with Deputy Minister of Finance Do Hoang Anh Tuan in Ha Noi on August 1.

Tuan said economic ties between Viet Nam and Cambodia have not kept up with their potential, suggesting that the two countries should encourage cross-border trade by creating favourable conditions for businesses.

The deputy minister also expressed his belief that cooperative relations between the two ministries would increasingly develop in the future.

Is this another Vietcong know how?

This is the big problem with AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave officials because they don't take the time to sit down and start thinking and figuring out how things work and they would rather wait to be spoon fed by the Vietcong and a lot of time the Vietcong spoon fed them the wrong information! ahahhahahha!

AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave can't think for themselves because they are slaves and slaves don’t think only the master do!

Cambodia needs to move beyond the Vietcong know how!
