(VOV) – We received news from the border patrol forces, the protective law organ of Viet Nam just conducted an investigation and detained a person who illegally immigrated across the border. After detention, the person admitted that his name is Tim Sakhorn, born in 1968, natively born at Ba Chuc village, Tri Ton district, An Giang province, he illegally immigrated to Cambodia, lived and became a Cambodian monk. On 30 June 2007, because of violation of Buddhist law, he was defrocked by the Head Management Council of the Cambodian Buddhist organization, and he tried to find a way to come back to Viet Nam.
Tim Sakhorn admitted that while he was in Cambodia, he received documentaries, DVD, money from the Khmer in exile of “Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Federation (KKF)” for propagation against Viet Nam. Tim Sakhorn and other monks, who are Khmer from South Viet Nam, usually organize and contact Khmer people in Viet Nam to arouse disturbance so they can accuse the government for suppressing the Khmer people.
Tim Sakhorn is detained by the protective law organ of Viet Nam based on Article 87 with the alleged crime of “sabotaging the unification policy” in the Criminal Affairs Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1999 and he will be judged before the law.

d) Undermining the implementation of policies for international solidarity.

When Ven. Tim Sakhorn was arrested, defrocked, and deported to Vietnam, the freaking Vietnam Embassy never admits that they arrest Ven. Tim Sakhorn. Why they wait until a whole month, then they said that they just arrested him at the border.
What the fu*k Cambodian CPP leaders like Khieu Sopheak and Khieu Kanhnarith will explain to Cambodian people about this news. Now, Vietnam said that Ven. Tim Sakhorn is not Cambodian citizen, what the heck that Cambodian government is going to say to Vietnam. I think they wont say shit because they even give Cambodian's lands to Vietnam, of course, they dont do shit to help a Khmer Krom monk.
The SRP and other opposition party must know what you talk about at this time. Dont let this chance goes away. this is a time you MUST prove to Cambodian people that YOUR party actually do protect the Cambodian people. If you let this case goes by easily, then your party will be treated as the CPP under Cambodian's eyes because you scare to stand up for the truth.
Remember, election is next year. Cambodia is an Independent country and has its own constitution. According to article 33, "Khmer citizens shall not be deprived of their nationality, exiled or arrested and deported to any foreign country unless there is a mutual agreement on extradition.
Khmer citizens residing abroad enjoy the protection of the State.
The Khmer nationality shall be determined by a law." Ven Tim Sakhorn is Cambodian citizen because he is an Abbot of a temple in Phnom-Denh. If he is not a cambodian citizen, he cannot become an abbot. That is the truth and no one can say NO about that. Thus, SRP leaders must bring this case forward and show it to Cambodian people. If neccessary, they can bring this to the International Court of Justice in The Hague because Vietnam is actually now show their real face of interfering to the Cambodia's internal affair which secretly ordered Puppet Monk, Tep Vong, to defrock Ven. Tim Sakhorn and deport him to Vietnam.

Cambodia is a small country and yet the Vietcong maintains their consulates at different locations in Cambodia, beside Phnom Penh, the Vietcong has the consulates at Battambang, and Sihanouk Ville. The message is clear – to run a network of spies, secret intelligence through out Cambodia to support its puppets in Phnom Penh.
The purposes and functions:
Battambang consulate: control the western and northern zones, monitoring the activities at the border between Thailand and Cambodia. As most Khmer resistance that is anti Vietcong and Hun Sen deems to start from this side of the country. Vietcong spies/forces operate through out the western and northern zones – Pailin, Anlong Veng, Preah Vihear and more, if you observe carefully you'll see. They have a secret meeting once a month in small group of two people at a time, in café shop just a chat exchanging info/ideas. Meet in small group as not to attract attention. The Battambang consulate reports to Phnom Penh.
Sihanouk Ville consulate: monitor the traffics in and out of the sea port for any activities that deem to oppose the Hun Sen regime, such as weapons smuggling. Also reports to Phnom Penh.
These are just the brief description of the functions they do. I know it sounds like the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's, it is happening now. The Vietcong stops at nothing until Ho Chi Minh's dream comes true. It is sad that Khmer, especially the leaders don't take this seriously.
You just look at the Tim Sakhorn's case. I'm not a paranoid, but I want to get rid of the Vietcong's dream and influence in Cambodia. We are not even safe inside our homeland.
