Congratulations!!! We appreciate your hard working!!! Please keep it up.
Cambodia needs to decentralise from state power to local government power. Therefore all local government positions like Provincial governor, cities Mayors are in need to be elected instead of appointing by the Prime Minister. If these positions are to be decentralised, Prime Minister has no longer controled all elections, all power by himself. He has then only power on his own minister. Each minister must have their own ministerial manuals so that each minister has their limited power onto their ministry. Therefore, we can conntrol each minister from corruptions. While, each minister cannot committed corruption, the minister will work harder to control his staff from corruption. Area Prey
