How could the Cambodian Navy protect offshore oil platforms when they couldn't even protect Cambodian fishermen?

A report from Kampot province indicated that a number of Cambodian fishermen were beaten up by a group of Vietnamese fishermen and Vietnamese sea border patrol authority. The Cambodian fishermen were arrested after they told the Vietnamese fishermen to stop fishing inside Cambodian waters.

Where does the truth lie? RFA’s Phan Sophat talked with a representative of the Licadho organization, Mrs. Nget Soeung, about this incident: “Two Cambodian fishermen were taken away by Vietnam. They went out to fish in a group of about 10 boats. When they reached their fishing ground, they met three Vietnamese trawlers, and two of the trawlers were turning (on the Cambodian fishermen boats), forcing them to take off because they were scared of the Vietnamese trawlers. When they arrived near Koh Karaing Island, they met another Vietnamese trawler. This morning, the fishermen contacted the two (arrested) fishermen by radio, the two fishermen confirmed that they were arrested by the Vietnamese navy based on Koh Tral Island (Phu Quoc in Vietnamese). They were arrested inside Cambodian waters at around 6:30 AM.”

Up until now, officials from both sides have not reacted to the accusations that the Vietnamese fishermen were not acting properly towards Cambodian people. However, In Chiva, the deputy police commissioner of Kampot province, told RFA: “… I don’t know anything about it, only the security will know, ask them …”

A few years ago, Vietnamese fishing trawlers and Vietnamese navy boats rammed boats belonging Cambodian fishermen offshore from Kep city, Kampot province, causing the death of 2 Cambodian fishermen.

Need not to worry,RCAF has not forces since all big guns, planes, tanks, ships and commanders were leased from Viet Nam.

General Ke Kim Yan is almost like General Khlaing Moeung then.He is the Commander in Chief of ghost armed forces.

I suggest that the fucken Cambodian navy better start escorting Cambodian fishermen out to sea because all these Cambodian fishermen help feed the nation!

If the fucken Cambodian government really want to stop all the fucken abuse from the Vietcong navy on Cambodian fishermen and I suggest that they set up traps on the Vietcong sea border patrol authority and capture the Vietcong mother fuckers and make an example out of them!

Soon or later Cambodian navy will have to confront the Vietcong navy because Cambodian international shipping business depend on it! And for any fucken Vietcong to stop Cambodian people from going out to sea must be stopped! If Cambodian can't go out to sea and the fucken Vietcong can't go out to sea either and it is time to sink every fucken Vietcong ships, boats, trawlers,...in sight for violating Cambodian maritime boundary!

Does Cambodia have sea border patrol authority to escort Cambodian fishermen out to sea? If not when will the stupid fuck Cambodian government is going to create one?

Oh I forgot this the reign of reincarnated Sdach Kan alias Sdach Sen.

So Ke Kim Yan is the reincarnated Khlaing Moeung except this time he switched his allegiance to the coup leader to command 614 fearsome generals with no soldier.

By the way Gold Coast Bank in Long Beach City needs to set EFT accounts for oil revenue from Nom Pen city.
