Kem Sokha’s Human Rights Party (HRP) is the latest party to provide its reaction to oppose a US-based organization (CACJE) that wants the National Assembly to revoke King-Father’s immunity so he can be brought to trial by the KR Tribunal. In a statement issued in the afternoon of 04 September, and signed by Pen Sovann, HRP party standing president, HRP considers CACJE’s action as a severe violation of the national constitution and a scorn on the honor of King-Father also. Pen Sovann told the Kampuchea Thmei newspaper that it is very unfair for a foreign-based organization to raise an issue that Cambodians are not pleased with. Pen Sovann said that he supports King-Father who wants to clarify to the KR Tribunal in order to provide justice to the Cambodian people, and to avoid such false accusations. When questioned as to why HRP is so late to react on this issue, Pen Sovann said that the party had to wait for a meeting to evaluate and consider all the possibilities because HRP party members were too busy at the local levels and did not have time to meet each others.

To be clear this matter is not political cronyism but a simple justice in crime against humanity.
If people tet Sihanouk got away with massacre at this time it is one too many.
Let's put matter to rest in real democratic way,so non barbaric government stooges shall hear from galloping horse mouths:
1- Hold Provincial People Congress level and all of them
2-Hold a National Congress next December to hear people out openly
on following issues:
1- Who's King per Article 7
2- Who's Khmer citizen per article 33,34
3-Khmers hold government policy to its spirit,per article 129,128
This way we will see what's the real constitutionality or who's for personality cult?
As far as Pen Sovann view is not the entirety of HRP view.If this slipped,I hear desertion.

Everyone entitles to own view regarding KRT trial,however it is depends on the outcome of the trial and it is only for cambodians subjective to human rights abuse.Leave politic aside,but focus on positive interest of cambodia.The former king prepared to meet with the ACCC and documented in film,why not agree to that.T spencer suggestion is good for circumstancial environment in cambodia.Merit of good will involvement in the past has to be considered.Short term view does not last.Please do not speculate any projection and yet we all need to hear from him about the holocust.ACCC needs to hear from the former king as witness therefore bright intecllect ACCC officials can gain a lot,and cambodians can reslove their misery.IT DOES NOT A MATTER WHERE THE WITNESS STAND TAKEN PLACE.

Cambodia's had cancers that were embedded into her by China+YUONS+Vietminh-CPP-Hun Sen+all royal's crooks through traitor Sihanouk's flesh and blood, also through his YUON's wife Monique and Sihanouk’s clique.
To have a true and lasting peace for Cambodia these cancers have to be removed once for all, either by the law of ECCC-KRT or by any means, as long as the majority of true Khmers are agree with.
If these cancers remain inside Cambodia without proper treatments YUONS will continue to swallow us bit by bit every day and China will gobble the whole region without mercy toward Cambodia land and all Khmer people, with the last assistance of NORODOM SIHANOUK-HUN SEN.
