have you ever read or followed Dharma? What make you come to the conclusion that King Norodom Sihanouk is guilty when those super pwer nations, US, China, and the neighboring nations Vietnam and Thailand involved with the genocide?
The vast majority in Cambodia want you trouble makers out and stop your activity to destroy our reconciliation and peace.
The KR killed Khmers with their bloddy hands themselves.
Stop blaming others for their crimes. No one wants war but only justice.
Just because the former KR cadres are now ruling the country and touting the peace, their past crimes cannot be ignored.
Your demand that Khmers forget the past and move on as if nothing happens, rings hollow.

Since October 2004,I heard through the immenent Throne Council,Sihamoni is a reigning king.
Sihanouk is a played dead monkey retired and took residence near Mao Tse Dong gravesite.
Don't hold your breath,those who love to hate him will help to eductae those who were confused with poverty in reality rather than loving Beijing poodle.
