Norodom Sihanouk talks again about his possible appearance at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal
King-Father Norodom Sihnaouk “will not lower himself to take oath” in front of the tribunal in charge of judging the former Khmer Rouge leaders. In his “Cambodian Studies” publication dated Wednesday 05 September, Sihanouk indicated that he did not see, with his own eyes, the Khmer Rouge crimes, and he recalls that his family was severely affected when 5 of his children and 14 of his grandchildren disappeared. King-Father’s writing came out while the UN failed to reply to his invitation. “I did not see the Khmer Rouges committing their atrocities, or (inflicting) bad treatments, or even (issuing) threats against one or several people, or a group of people. I already tell all. I have nothing else to say to the ECCC UN. […] I owe nothing to the ECCC UN,” King-Father insisted again. On 30 August, King-Father invited Peter Foster, KR Tribunal spokesman, as well as other “UN foreigner volunteers,” to come to the Royal Palace to discuss, in front of cameras, about the Khmer Rouge issue. Peter Foster did not reply to his invitation, because of the process (taken by King-Father) was not official, Peter Foster said.

The old people said if you are lying and lying it keep pilling and pilling-up,and one day it will falling on your face and will be the same with former king Seihaknouk ,has told his citizen it going to be volunteer taking his oath at the court when they are ready,he used to brag and cheer up when khmer rouge had taking Lon Nol and citizen lives away, he used to say his movement party soldiers had distroyed and captured here and there, now he refused with every single thing, You know folks if your guys still support him, I am telling you what this is enough and enough ,we lose almost two million lives ,what called Seihaknouk nun-finishing business now he cried about 5 and 14 of his kids and his grand kids what is metric-ssystems that he use to weigh and measure it citizen lives ,this is not the revenge but it is responsibilities and the leaders have to have them in the future in Cambodia, NO ONE ARE ABOUT THE LAW.
If itwas any written invitation then Peter Foster should acknowledge it and reply appropriately.Any suggestion if alternative arrangement be made thus king is informed and so is the government.This would express the respect for both parties.No prejudgement should be made unless proven guilty under any circumstance.As spokeperson,communication should be maintained.

King Sihanouk was under house arrest in his palace and thanks to Red China for guarantees his life otherwise Mr.Pol Pot took him out like a headless chicken! The whole ideology of Communism never gives a fuck about King and Queen! If any of you Cambodian people don’t understand what the fuck I am talking about and I suggest that you look at Russian history which is the birth place of communism and tell me what happen to the Russian King and Queen? You guess it right! The Russian Communist executed the whole Russian Monarchy family! No more monarchy in Russia!
