So many Cambodian who made the following bad comments about Eng Chhay Eang as gambler are such a hypocrite themselves! Majority of Cambodian people are gamblers and if you don't believe me check it out during Cambodian New Years! Gambling is part of Cambodian people pastime and it is part of Cambodian culture!
I don't give a fuck if Eng Chhay Eang goes gamble on his time and what he does with his time is his business! But if he using his working hour which on the government payroll and he better not fuck around because he is abusing his working hour and his privilege! As long as his gambling habit doesn't affect his performance on the job and I can careless!
What about Sok An who has addiction to play cockfighting and I still see Sok An doing his job as government official!
What AH HUN SEN who killed a woman (Piseth Pilika) after having an affair with her and he is still in power! I know that there are many and many killers are still in power today! So to take an issue such gambling is weak!
Judge this man base on his ability, his intelligence, and his patriotism! The rest of the issues are just distraction from the real issues!

Gambling is not a problem.
But if it's become illness, there's should be a problem. All I know is that is He is addicted to casino. And He owe a lots of money.
So there's not a problem. The problem if he is using money from the donors like me and others to the SRP for fambling and karaoke. Money is for the REAL FREEDOM CAMBODIA'S FIGHTERS and not for gambling. I think one of the reasons why people like SRP party it's the TRANSPARENCY. If Eng Chhay Ieng have asked money from a lots of members of SRP party in 2003 for the positions to share, when the CPP the FUN and SRP are negociating to form a tri-party government. So whey don't He giving back to the members, if those members don't have those positions. I think it's would be fair. That's why in 2006, they want his life. SHAME!!!
According to some sources, the SRP party is not rule by Sam Rainsy, it's rule by Eng Chhay Ieng and his relatives. Poor mrs Mou Soc Hou, and especially Chea VeChea. and others. I really respect mr Chea vechea, for what he had said before he died : If I go outside, it's like I died. Then, He had stayed. sad thing! We know what happen next... A HERO...
