The tribunal should be at outside Cambodia, it should be at any nation that is part of NATO. This NATO was created in 1949 called North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
The KRT should not be under another suspect killers, Khmer Rouge Yuon Communist, Hun Sen, Hok Lundy (Viet Cong), Hor Nam Hong(Viet Minh),... and Chea Sim.
I don't care who is Thomico but what he said is right.
Both sides are the suspect killers of killings those million people, so why does this trial is under Khmer Rouge Yuon Communist side?
Without concern as to advice, as long as this trial is in Cambodia, the dead and their loved ones won't be satisified, because one side of the suspect killer (Khmer Yuon Communist faction in power today) whom they believed are also guilty.
To what has been said, many of the Cambodian people still believed that the Yuon Communist are to blame for the death of ther people for the follwoing reasons:
-Created Indochinese Communist Party.
-Created Khmer Rouge, trained and helped them to fight the US and Lon Nol. Without the Yuon Communist army the Khmer Rouge did not take over Cambodia.
Million of Cambodian people still believed that the Yuon Communist army some still roaming in Cambodia with the Khmer Rouge just the same as they are to day with Hun Sen.
If it was not true then why China invaded Vietnam?
