These children were born in Cambodia so they are the citizen of Cambodia regardless they refused to be Khmer or not. The law should be tough to every citicen that committing a treason is a crime that can take care of it.

There is no confusion about this placard. Let's have a look at these two sentences:
(1) Where there is misery, there is Samdech Hun Sen there.
(2) Where there is Samdech Hun Sen, there is misery there.
So we know, the Viets living in Cambodia learn everything there is to know in this country. This way, they can infiltrate into every aspect of our society. Beware of the worms in your body.
