The meeting also open for discussion regarding the story of how the violation wrongly done and by whom etc...

Dr. Thanh Vihak gave an interview to VOA radio about his observations, ideas and knowledge regarding the issue when he attended the conference. He brought about the important of Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia of 1991 as a birth certificate of Cambodia and that has been approved internationally and should execute by law to protect the country if any countries violate or take advantage of Cambodia territorial integrity and sovereignty.

Ms. Marina Keo, a guest who attended the meeting gave her opinion and support on the issue. She spoke about Vietnam having violated and disobeyed the agreement, and thus should face the law since Vietnam is one of the country who sign the agreement along with eighteen other countries.

VOA also conducted an interview with Ms. Nicole Ung, who explained about a letter she prepared to all Senate of United State explaining the issues facing Khmer and Khmer-Krom. The letter seek their support to the resolution that was made by the assembly called House Resolution 3096 and H. This included the recent arrest of Cambodian citizen [Ven. Tim Sakhorn] that was deported and imprisoned in Vietnam. During the interview Ms. Ung also brought up her plan to conduct a Starving Protest to grab the attention of American Senate and to wake up all Khmer in general to be conscientious about Cambodia’s sovereignty and violation by other nations toward Khmer as well as helping to demand the release of Ven. Tim Sakhorn from the Vietnamese government.

The problem is youn not khmer. They're the one who violated the agreement. They're are the one who stealing Khmer's land. How would you like it if someone comes in and steal your house?

What difference does it makes? Khmer steal the land from Chinese settler. and Chinese settler steal the land from Phnong...

Anyhow, if you go to school in vietnam, and you get good job, you buy land and build house ... . Isn't that land yours? Does it matter whether the country is called Vietnam, Cambodia, China, or USA?

Ah Cha-Ke Yuons, never acknowledge how much atrocities they have done to humanity, they continue to cry foul as "victims"!!!

Ah Cha-Ke Youns stole Champa, Kampuchea Krom, Lao, and now Cambodia, and still claim innocent to the world.

The world must be blind to believe Ah Vietcongs again and again.

Ah Vietcongs still have not learned from the break-ups of the former Soviet Union: into Georgia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, etc.

Khmers, Lao, Montagnards, Chams, Hmongs, Tai,etc. must resist Vietnamese' domination in the Indonchina and its Vietnamization policy in the region at all costs.

The bottom line is, folks, that any party of democracy be able to rule for too long.

Without change, how would you know that there is something wrong or unprogressive is happening?

How could we improve our standard of living without any measurable, conspicuous, tangible change? For example, would you wear your shirt for two days?

How would you know what is acceptable or unacceptable in relativity or in comparison to other changes in other countries in the world?

How would you tell your family and friends elsewhere of what you are doing is the best thing for the whole country, for example, if you don't experiment with the possibilities?

How would you just sit there and take it all in without questioning your inner-self or intellectuals whether any acts or speech of any politician are indeed the truth or true intentions?

How would just sit and wait for hope and miracles to happen?

How would you stay and become strong if you don't do anything with is not appropriate?

Why in the world you let your family and friends disappear one by one into the trap of poverty and prostitution?

How would you let Hun Sen rule until this day? What is so special about him? Who are his mentors and role models? How can he win elections everytime?

What is he doing right that others are not? Who are his real masters and subordintates?

How does he spend his day? What are his hope for an average, ordinary Khmer and Khmer abroad?

How will we remember Hun Sen after his reign of terror, and mastiful tactics on other intellectuals?

How can one intellectal fall in his world of material, girls, and luxory, and forget about the fundamentals which are basic life neccessities?

What will be different in Cambobida in five years period, ten, fifteen, twenty, or so?

Will see the same trends occur over and over nonstop with the issues of poverty, corruption, prostitution, famine, land-grabbing, casinos, deforestation, illegal aliens, low quality of education, girls getting married at young age such as fifteen or sixteen, no respect for intellectuals, money power, exploitation of the poor, alcoholism and drugs, begging, gangs, robbery, pornography in schools and elsewhere, degradation of monarchy values, etc..?

How can we get competent intectuals in government?

How can we get rid of communism, totalitarinism, authoritarinism, and fake democracy in Cambodia?

Who will save Cambodia from all this mess? The next generation of poor, illiterate, uneducated, debt-ridden children?

How will pay off debts to foreing countries? Hun Sen Family Kleptocratic Disfunction Conglomerate?

How will we get back Koh Tral from illegal agreements?

How Khmer minorities in Khmer Kampuchea Krom and surin reclaim their official identity?

How will we all become educated like those in Western world?

How will we all indulge in high quaility of education to the maximum?

When will Cambodia become a strong nation?

Who will answer all these questions?

How will this generation or century be recorded in the history book?

How will generals and police, or firefighters actually serve the people?

AH KHMER and AH KHMER-YUON, always inflicted very heavy human and material losses on the Vietnamese, then how successful have the Vietnamese been? What criteria does one measure a Vietnamese "VICTORY" or AH KHMER and AH KHMER-YUON losses?
Its doesn't matter we take them all. get it?

Hey, stop mixing Ah Khmer-Yuon with Ah Khmer here, 1:01. This is like tying Canadian and French together. We are two independent people: we (Khmer) are winner, while Ah Khmer-Yuon are loser. Do you see the difference?

Who's Nicole Ung? What she does for a living and for US Cambodian communities? Was she not the same person who was under FBI investigation for the alleged scandalous deal called Prism Entreprise to scam some Lowell Khmers money?

Lose weight is a good thing for cholesterol control.4 day solid food deprivation is a good exercise for on border obese person who needs discipline.

Watch for veiled agendas?

Those organizations holding 501 C 3 status, shall take IRS codes advisory seriously, conducting political activities-solicitation seriously. It is a good idea not to flash organization name for personal agendas...

Conference is much better served in Cambodia than overseas.

Overseas activities all about talk, but not walk the walk.

In the country, there is much media coverage and Cambodia is is a region that has and is under going similar experience.

If you want to catch a crocodile, you catch while its in the wild (Cambodia, Kampuchea Krom and Surin), not after it's been caught by someone else on the dry land (overseas).

If you all have good intention for Cambodia and the Khmer land, held your activities in Cambodia. Face the adversity right on.

good point! 8:03pm.

I totally agree with you on that. Most meetings overseas about tactics are basically a waste of time and money.

If you got balls, do it in Cambodia where the nucleus is.

Overseas are just the periphery.
Anybody can talk about everything. When it comes to doing, nobody faces the dilemma.

Look at what happened to General Lon Nol, Dr. Saing Ngor. They all died overseas for nothing, even though they wanted to help Cambodia.

Congrats Sirimatak for staying in Cambodia until the last breath of your patriotism. You sacrificed yourself to the blood hungry uneducated Khmer rouge soldiers, hint hint, Hun Sen de facto.

I also salute to you Sir Lon Nol for your bravery, honest, compassionate general. May you rest in peaces. You and Sihanouk took our land back from the tactiful Siam.

I wish we had other great people like Lon Nol, Sirimatak, Samdech Chuon Nath, Samdech Gosonanda, instead f these crooks such as Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin , Tep Vong, Ke Kim Yan, Hok Lundy, Teah Banh. They're all a bunch of power seeker and exploiter of the poor.
