He has continued that the war of 1970-1975 was a war between Buddhism and Chon Anthepeal who wanted to destroy Buddhism in Cambodia. It was right.

In between years of 1975-1979, I was in South of Maung Russei of Battambang Province. Many people have said that if they knew Khmer Rouge were so barbaric like that, they would fight to their last breath to destroy all Khmer rouge from Cambodia. That mistake was because people have ignored completely Lon Nol appeals and Lon Nol statement about the growing Khmer Rouge to bring Sihanouk back to Cambodia. So now, people have regretted with the advice of Marshall Lon Nol who was really cared Cambodia and Cambodians. He said when the Tmil arrive, these Tmil will kill our people without discrimination. Maybe, but highly unlikely, it is more of a plead to save LonNol ass because he knew he's losing ground. For you to say that the most corrupted person in history to care for people is just plain stupid. No one knew what is going to be like with Pol Pot; otherwise, they would not had greeted his soldiers when they were marched into the capitol. Everyone anticipated that Sihanouk will be restored and life will go on as usual, but that wasn't the case because Sihanouk were betrayed the second time.
Anyway, the problem Sihanouk is not a true communist as pol pot is, despite Sihanouk is good allied with China and all. Had he been a little more communist than Pol Pot, China would have been in favor of him to control Cambodia than Pol Pot; unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
If Sihanouk choose to stay out from politic of retaliation against Cambodian people and her government ( Like Bao Dai ), Cambodia wouldn't be taken by Pol Pot and won't be like today whi we have no real independent and no real Souvereinity. Our country is likely to far exeeding vietnam and would not lost a inch of our land and our seas like today. We won't have a puppet government like today. Our counntry would have good rule laws and won't have this kind half stand half seat culture in front other leaders like today.

If Sihanouk was not taking part as Khmer Rouge Leader, Evils Pol Pot Nuon Chea, Ieng Sary and Khiev Samphann couldn't attracted any Cambodian to join them at all. THerefore, Cambodia would have fully join with American to eradicate all Vietcong Communism from Vietnam as just like pet out from the land.
