King-Father informs about his desire not to be “bothered,” and he does not want particular ceremonies held on the occasion of his upcoming birthday on 31 October.
In a communiqué made public Sunday, Srey Nory, the director of the Royal Secretariat of Cambodia, asked that all useless correspondence (emails, letters, faxes, or telegrams) addressed to King-Father be stopped. The text indicated that “King-Father Norodom Sihanouk is very old, very weak, and very demoralized.” The Royal Secretariat added: “We are informing the troublemakers (or pests) that from now on, there will no longer be responses provided by King-Father Norodom Sihanouk, by his cabinet, or by his secretariat.” In another hand-written communiqué, Sihanouk also asked with insistence to the Khmer and Foreign Personalities and People, to the constituted institutions, to newspapers, etc…, etc… not to send me wishes or congratulations or gifts, not to organize a ceremony nor any meeting in my favor or in my regards, during the occasion of his birthday on 31 October. In the same communiqué, Norodom Sihanouk indicated that “the Sihanouk-haters, such as the famous Dr. Lao Mong Hay, are and will be free to attack me verbally or in writing. But they do not have the right to slander me.” He added: “If they slander me, I am reserving the right to officially sue them at our national Justice, our national tribunals.” Lao Mong Hay, a researcher who currently works for the Hong Kong-based Asian Human Rights Committee, recently wrote about the fact that he was in favor that Norodom Sihanouk be summoned by the KR Tribunal to clarify issues concerning his responsibility during the taking of power by the Polpotists between 1975 and 1979.

THis poster 11:19AM is looking a Gold mine from Sihanouk,therefore he has lost all his good conscience of good social justice. At present he tried to smell Sihanouk fart and shit to have a good gold mine from Sihanouk or from Hun Sen. We have somany of these shit in Cambodia but very few people like Lao Mong Hai who dare to stand up for what is wrong and what is right. Sihanouk is living like big shark in the ocean. He will not allow any of small fish to survive with justice. Go with him and eat other left from him or not will be his foods.
You don't need to look far to conclude your assumption.
Just look at their family trees. Do they get along and respect with one another? Who are their really biological parents? What kind of REAL education had anyone of them obtained? What are their lives situations right now? Do they have any purpose of serving the people and the country or they are after something else?
Would you like to have anyone of them to lead your life, your family lives, or you would prefer someone who is competent, knowledgeable, skillful, honor and dignity, the ones who willing to roll up their sleeves in helping you finghting for injustice, for your rights, for your freedom, and for your liberty.

The bottom line is the king must go to trial to clarify his role if call by the court. Cambodian people deserve better than being put underneath the feet of one person. Single out Dr Lao Mong Hay as being the King hater. I don't think he hate the king or his supporters but to have the truth come out the king must reveal his role with the Khmer Rouge. The culture of protectionism, cronism, nepotism is now obsolete. We must seek the truth for our people.
