The Phnom Penh municipal court has decided to temporarily detain the deputy army commander of the province of Koh Kong for his involvement in the grabbing of about 360-hectare of lands in a protected zone in Sre Ambil district, Koh Kong province, in the grabbing of public forest lands, and in the destruction of natural environment. The Rasmei Kampuchea newspaper reported that Riem Lyna, the deputy army commander, was arrested by the authority on 15 November 2007 in Koh Kong province, and he was sent over to Phnom Penh stemming from an arrest warrant issued by Chiv Keng, the president of the Phnom Penh municipal court. It is noted that, recently, the government has conducted a campaign to fight against those who continue to illegally grab state lands. Recently, Meas Savoeun, the deputy provincial governor of Preah Vihear was also arrested and sent to jail for grabbing forest lands in Preah Vihear province. Following the Preah Vihear arrest, it is now the turn of the deputy army commander of Koh Kong to be arrested next.

Yep, it's happening, and I advice those who possesses State's lands or anyone else land illegally should returned it back to its rightful owner and not allowed the government to come after them for it.
Now, the Cambodian people should do the same by returning its (alleged) cultural icon, Angkor Wat, to its rightful owner, Thailand.
No, Ankor Watt should belong to all those who inherited Khmer blood, not any country like Thai, Laos, Cambodia, or Vietnam. And the Thai should also treat all Khmer artifact the same way. And that should also go to the Lao and the Viet. All Khmer artifacts anywhere in the region should belong to all those that inherited Khmer blood. That is what our ancestors wanted.
No Angkor wat should belong to my x-wife.She loves it.
Well, you're in luck because our ancestors did not left anything for mee Khmer-Yuon or Ah Khmer-Yuon who killed Khmer people.
