While Khieu Samphan is in Phnom Penh for medical check up, it's good for UN tribunal to arrest him in PP. Don't let him go back to Pailin to waste gasoline.
Throw him in jail like the rest of his gangs including Hun Sen.
In that case we should deported all Ah Khmer-Yuon criminals back to south Vietnam before they will help Kieu Samphan to escape the tribunal.
