You don't need survey to tell you rhat Cambodia is the most corrupt country in the world. Even a blind man can see that. Corruption helps Hun San to stay in power. It's almost impossible to ask a dog not to eat shit.

Thanks Heng Soy,

It is impressed me that: Cambodia is failed in its dealing with corruption in FUTURE, and FIGHTING CORRUPTION.

1. Future Corruption=Increase up to 43%

2. Fighting Corruption=Ineffective up to 44%

This is terrible for Hun Sen's government.

One way Hun Sen can tackle corruption is to sacrifice his power, so that his cronies and nepotists will have no vein.

I bet they will defy the numbers. Talking to ignorants like talking to the walls... because they can't get it. Wait for the ignorant bounds from the walls.

Don't get exited, 7:59. First, this is not an exact science.

Regretfully, in the next three years I predict the corruption will remain pretty much the same because the salary of workers won't change much due to the unemployment rating will still be high because of high population growth vs the number of jobs created. However, after 2016, we should be should be able to start to lower the unemployment rate down faster because we can create a lot more job then. As a result this will increase increase the salary of workers, which in turn, will started lower the number of corruption. And by 2020, there should be a good noticeable reduction in corruption, as we become self-supportive, that is we'll no longer required international aids.
