I would prefer the following translation as the title:
The Culture of the
"Hungry, Uneducated, Scared".

The poem is great. It is true in our society.
The word HUNGRY shall be the driving motivation for the peoples to get up and fight for their right.
There are 13.7 million peoples with 4 millions Vietnamese. In the 9.7 millions at least 5 - 6 millions are older enough to vote. Out of the 5 - 6 millions 2 - 3 millions of them live in poverty. Don’t you fell hungry and angry?
Don’t let the IGNORANCE control your destiny. It is time to get up and fight for their right. The youngsters are not yet legal to vote need you determination on looking forward on earning their right and their education. There are many countries care about you and your family. You have to help yourself first before they can help you.
I understand the FEAR you all have. With his entourages and the body guards everyone shall take it into consideration. I agree that dead humans cannot talk or vote. KR took that approach and end up in ECCC 30 later. Hun Sen and his teams know better that they cannot kill 2 - 3 millions HUNGEY, IGNORANCE and FEAR Cambodians. They love their current life that stole from poor Cambodians.
It is something to be afraid off. You can vote without telling anyone what party you are voting for.
