The Cambodian National Assembly passed the Immigration Law in 2001. However, not only has the Hun Sen government failed to enforce this law but it has tried to cover up the presence of illegal Vietnamese immigrants by allowing them to live in the country and helping these millions of Hun Sen's Vietnamese brothers and sisters to fill forms and documents. Besides receiving documents making them Cambodian citizens, millions of illegal Vietnamese immigrants also have been issued voter cards that allow them to vote for the Cambodian People's Party [CPP] officials, especially for Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim, so that they would continue to wield power for a long time and keep repaying Vietnam for the service it rendered them.
The CPP officials are not the only ones to have legitimized the immigration of the Vietnamese all over the country, the FUNCINPEC [National United Front for an Independent, Neutral, and Peaceful Cambodia] Party when Prince Ranariddh was its historical president also connived with the CPP in forcefully helping these illegal Vietnamese immigrants. For instance, former Minister of Interior You Hockry co-signed with Sar Kheng, the then co-minister of interior, an order in April 2003 permitting the illegal Vietnamese spearheaded by an army of prostitutes to establish associations in 19 provinces and cities throughout the country.
Now, You Hockry, secretary-general of the Norodom Ranariddh Party [NRP], and Prince Ranariddh are making great noise about their so-called campaign to oppose the illegal immigrants. The Cambodian public understands that this vociferation is just a maneuver or a dark scheme of dishonest politicians in the NRP.
The Sam Rainsy Party [SRP] counts the enforcement of the Immigration Law among the 10 measures set for the SRP government. This measure is that the SRP government will thoroughly and effectively enforce this law as of 2008 because to let the illegal Vietnamese immigrants live in full anarchy throughout the country like this constitutes a most impertinent violation of Cambodia's sovereignty, and the presence of these illegal Vietnamese is also a demographic war to implement the Vietnamization of Cambodia. The most serious danger to the survival of the Cambodian nation and people is if the present ruling CPP continues to rule the country.
Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim of the CPP are taking care of the millions of illegal Vietnamese in Cambodia because Vietnam has installed them in power through the 7 January 1979 Vietnamese aggression against Cambodia. Another reason is that these millions of Vietnamese constitute an important force that has voted for the group of Vietnamese lackeys in Phnom Penh so that they can keep on wielding power and controlling Cambodia on behalf of Vietnam according to the late Ho Chi Minh's Indochinese Federation policy, which is to make Cambodia a Vietnamese province in the future just as the Vietnamese ancestors annexed Champa and Kampuchea Krom in the past. If the CPP leaders, especially Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim do not protect and take care of the illegal Vietnamese their political and non-political lives would not be pleasant, especially vis-a-vis their Vietnamese bosses because history showed many times before that any Vietnamese pawns who did not obey Hanoi's orders never escaped punishment. For this reason, it can be said that the CPP leaders have inextricably bogged themselves down in the policy of perpetual servitude toward the Vietnamese.
Let alone the CPP, particularly the three Governors General (the three Samdech), who cannot free themselves from the steel dragnet of the Vietnamese, but You Hockry and Prince Ranariddh also sided with the CPP in legitimizing the Vietnamese.

This is dangerous for the presence and future of Cambodia to let illegal Vietamese immigrants settle in Cambodia and be to vote for the survival of CPP.
Everybody must vote CPP out of power as soon as possible.

Hun Sen's Leadership: border land & Cambodian younger generation
Dear Beloved Countrymen,
Today is the second anniversary of the extension for legal control of Vietnam over Cambodia legalized by a group of traitor leaders installed by the Vietnam in the 1979, i.e. the Supplemental Treaty signed by Hun Sen on October 15, 2005 which in its spirit to validate the 1985 illegal treaty back to life.
It is the day that we must remember and witness as long as we live from generation to generation that our territorial integrity and sovereign are sold to another country by our leader.
However, I personally never recognize the present day leader, Hun Sen, as the leader of Cambodia. In my eyes, he is just an unconstitutional leader, a traitor and an untruthful person.
This is because he has come to power constitutionally wrong by amending the national constitution for his greedy power by means of the packet vote after national election in 2003.
With his unconstitutional Prime Ministership, he irresponsibly and authoritatively signed the illegal Supplemental Treaty on 15 October 2005 with Vietnam in order to validate the 1985 illegal treaty which violates the spirit of our national constitution and the 1991 Paris Peace Accord and with this he does undermine our national independency.
In order to get the public trust, he always keeps saying that all the Treaties signed in the 1980s do not make Cambodia loses her land, yet Cambodia will gain land from Vietnam through them because Vietnam are pity on us. However, he never keeps his promise and dare to face the reality. He politically never accepts any offer of evidences from our nationalists, scholars, and our beloved people who live along the border who witness the daily invasion. And more importantly, he never keeps his word. I do remember that I asked him to bet life with me in the case of territorial integrity in October 2005 after he signed the illegal Supplemental Treaty 15 October 2005 with Vietnam and take this opportunity, I would like to tell him that the bet is still valid and I do urge him to accept it in order to bring about the truth and bring back national unity, full independency, and pride as a Nation, otherwise I will never recognize him as a Cambodian leader or my leader forever but just a traitor and an untruthful person.
Let’s morn together and condemn this act of Hun Sen!

Since he had left Cambodia for a long time, and he wanted to rejuvenate his memory to see if Cambodia is better than before or worse. So he took a challenge trip to Cambodia with an ambition to visit the Rothanakity to gain the first hand experience and put the economic zone---Lao, Cambodia, and Vietnam to see it holds the water? Also, he wanted to know who would benefit from that economic zone master minded by Nguyen Tan Dung—Prime Minister of Vietnam and its marionettes in Cambodia and Lao.
As soon as he set foot in the Rothanakity, he was involuntary arrested in Cambodia—his country of birth, and then he was escorted and directed to the Vietnam-side by armed militants, and he was jailed by them over night in Vietnam last week.
Luckily, the US’s Embassy in Cambodia sent an envoy to Vietnam and took him back to Cambodia, and sent his pitiful man back to the states a few days ago. As I spoke with him, he also told me that there was hundred of Cambodians were imprison by the Vietnamese soldiers and waiting for help from all sides.
It’s sad that, he was the first Cambodia-American whom became the first Prisoner of Peace (POP) not Prisoner of War in his country of birth by the foreign combatants whom violated the Cambodians National Integrities, and took Mr. Santhor as the hostage?
Will Vietnam become the first country who will do terrorism acts in Southeast Asia?
Will the Cambodians, American-Cambodians and others become foreigners in their own country?
Will the Cambodians, American-Cambodians and others are subject to arrest, and imprison by the Vietnamese even though they were in Cambodia?
Or Rothanakity Province was the Vietnam territory already, and it was true, please tell us when and whom give it to Vietnam? The people of Cambodia gave it or Hun Sen or the King, or who?

hun sen,chea sim,sam rin and others national traitors have to stop hyenas and have to chase them out from Khmer's land if you want Khmer and your children,grand children,great great children to live in dignity after you gone.Don't trust the tricky viet.they swallowed Champa in 1741,Kampuchea Krom in 1949 and Lao is in the making.

This is what I have been emphasizing on, we as Khmers abroad can't vote, but Youns can. They have the rights to own our lands on top of what they've already owned, our lakes. While Khmers are being evicted elsewhere, Youns are moving in daily. Sooner or later, it will be too late to do anything. Let's give ourselves a chance. Let's get our rights to vote here in the Embassy in Washington,DC. Move it people.
