The city of Phnom Penh has added two new deputy governors during a ceremony held on 12 December. In a sub-decree dated 07 November 2007, the government had decided to transfer Chan Sam An, the former Siem Reap deputy provincial governor, to become a deputy governor for the city of Phnom Penh, replacing Khon Sea who resigned due to health problem. Another sub-decree dated 26 October 2007 nominated Chea Sothon as the deputy governor of the city. He was the former deputy cabinet chief for Chea Sim, the Senate president. Up to now, the city of Phnom Penh counts 9 deputy governors, in addition to Kep Chuktema, the city is now led by a group of 10 men.

There will be more woves and more tigers in Phnom Penh roads due these increases. These woves and tigers are eating human fleshes instead of animals meats. It will prevent further to investors to invest in this city country of blind leaders and woves and tigers on the raods.

What are their salaries? Anyone know? I think it is too many to run one small city. Too many cooks spoil the broth! and then they blame on each other.
