Prey Veng Province – On 20 December, at about 11:45 PM, in village No. 5, Prek Ksay B commune, Peamro district, a robbery incident took place at the home of a widow who sells spices. The robbers took off with a loot of 370,000 riels (~$92.50). This incident involves suspects and victim who are all Vietnamese.
Regarding this robbery, a report indicated that 3 Vietnamese men broke the fence into the widow’s house, and they went to shake down violently the door to her house, the three shouted and threatened the victim, forcing her to open the door. At that time, the son of the widow woke up and went to block the door to prevent it from being opened because he was afraid that the robbers would enter the house. You Han, the 46-year-old Vietnamese widow, panicked and kept on yelling for people to come and help her, and she ran all over the house. Meanwhile, the three robbers kept on screaming and threatening to force the owner to open the door, but because the door was locked from the inside, it could not be opened.
Upon learning about the robbery, Sin Seng Horn, the police chief of the Prek Ksay B commune, brought in the police force in the middle of the night, unfortunately, by the time the cops arrived, the robbers had already fled the scene. In the morning of 21 December, Sin Seng Horn arrested Ho Phan Meo, and brought him in for questioning. The suspect confessed that about his two other robbery accomplices: Kong Rithy (the Cambodian name adopted by the Vietnamese robber), a 21-year-old Vietnamese citizen living in village No. 6, Prek Ksay B commune, and Nguyen Van Thanh, an 18-year-old Vietnamese citizen also living in village No. 6. Sin Seng Horn added that the robber did not beat up the owners of the house, they only threatened and robbed them of beers and food for drinking and eating only. Chan Sophal, the criminal police chief of Peamro district, indicated that Ho Phan Meo is also the suspect in a motorcycle robbery which took place 2 days before the robbery in the spice store.

Why bother the handcuffs; bullets would obviating the need of these handcuffs. This law is applicable for ALL Yuons.
You should not show an inch of mercy for these people.
Folks, you might think that this is rather draconian chastisement, but this punishment is suitable and appropriate for ALL Yuons.
You are one of the ignorant Khmers, product of Pol Pot with Evil spirit, who only know how to promote hatred, racism and kill, kill, kill.
Can you see that these are poor, desperate people who look for better lives in another country, just like hundreds thousands (or a million) of Cambodians who live in Europe and America and other continents.
You heard of poor Cambodians cross borber to go to find work (slaves, prositutes) in Thailand. How do you want Thai police to treat them? put the bullets in their heads?
There are millions of illegal immigrants in the US. The gov is beeing blamed for not doing enough.
When will Cambodians wake up and learn to look at their own failures?
Once upon a time Cambodians once adopted a similar sympathy much like a mr/mrs 12:00 AM. In the end we are now left with two million dead, nothing short of a government run by Khmers but a puppet regime of the socialist Vietnamese and a colonization method used by their regime which has currently displaced thousands of indegenious peoples on the boarder.
There are millions of illegal immigrants in Kampuchea Krom, now these illegal immigrants have more rights than the natives, do you see what is wrong with that 12:00 AM?
Forgive but dont forget, if we are to befriend the Vietnamese, we should first understand their nature, and as you may or may not have known depending on the media you are more closer aligned too or (as the situation in Cambodia is) forced fed to watch, you will understand that their is always treachery on the part of the Vietnamese since our first contacts. The nation of Champa is now extinct, Nokor Phnom (Kampuchea Krom) is forcibly being assimilated, Cambodia will need to take a hostile attitude towards such hostile behavior, and there is nothing wrong with that. You have a good heart 12:00 AM please do not misunderstand me for I understand you are thinking at a level that speaks of the human race as one collective, as a whole, for we as humans should be compassionate, we as humans should help others. That we should look after ourselves and our own kin is true before we place others in our view.

the person who wrote at 12:00 am.to start a topic by calling Cambodians aka the allias of Pol Pot Spirt is just plain ignorant right there.you question why can't youns go migrant to other countries because of their income status.why can't KHMER KROM live in Vietnam without being robb of their own culture and custom, its funny that the area Khmer Krom folks live in belong to Cambodia but due to youns,it was divide to Vietnam.
illegals. committed crimes. must serve time and be deported. Americans don't want Cambodian criminals in America, why should Cambodia tolerate Vietnamese criminals in Cambodia. If they want to make living better behave. Just as those losers gang kids in America got deported back to Cambodia, this is the justice that must be serve to criminals.
no guns no bullets. hardship is better left to contemplate and suffer.
illegal viets into Cambodia is very very dangerous for Khmers people because viets are not human being as you seen in the past.viets are very good in acting to hide their fangs.Kampuchea Krom is the best example ever that every Cambodians place it in their heart.Kampuchea Krom was swallowed by illegal vietnamese immigrants not too long ago and illegally signed by French to vietnam in 1949.
so all Cambodians must remember that, don't gorget, don't let vietnamese step on your head for 2nd time.
you pity on illegal hyenas, pity yourself first.
God damn it! If you showed an ounce of mercy toward these perpetrators, you're comparable to tapeworms. Also, you have fundamentally betrayed your people and country.
Remember that Yuons are not only our enemy -- they're OUR historic and archenemy. Therefore, our display of anomosity toward Yuons is historically acceptable and inevitable.
Yuons out of Cambodia! Cambodia forever!
If your blood is not Khmer, you should permanently reside in Cambodia.
2:28 Correction:
If your blood is not Khmer, you should not permanently reside in Cambodia.
What's the problem with killing a few Yuons, particularly when they've had murdered thousands of our INNOCENT Khmer citizens on Khmer soil?
I never sided with the archenemy Yuons).
Let's look on the bright side of death... we only die once! Might as well take a few Yuons with us.
Khmer blood!
I like Vietnamese people but I hate the Vietnamese government's policy to ward my country Cambodia. Therefore it is inevitable for me or anyone of my Cambodian fellows be biased and distrusted of anyone Vietnamese descendants. We love everyone but for the Vietnamese; it's their government that breed this hatred on their people and their innocent people are being caught in between.
FUCK YOU RACISM! COME AND DO YOUR JOB AND SEE WHO WILL GO ALONE?
All Yuons are comparable to flat worms, thus, if you elected to protect this dishonorable and dispecable species, you're also comparable to flat worm. Yuons have no conscience or morality. Again, if you chose to protect this disgusting creatures ... then you have nor conscience or morality.
We only speak the truth; we do not speak of racism. The truth hurts!
Yuons will always be our (Khmer)historic and archenemy.
This time the US will watch the VC (Vietcong) when it is time for the Chinese to decide to teach the VC a lesson. If you're Yuon, your time is near, and prepare for the historic inevitability.
Khmer
yes you are Khmer. The people who are with you to fight the VN are the ignorant Pol Pol who Said if each Cambodian kill 30 VN, ther will be no VN.
