HANOI, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's Defense Ministry is expected, by 2012, to no longer manage its agencies and enterprises which engage in economic activities, according to local newspaper Young People on Wednesday.
"We should separate (economic activities from defense ones) to focus on training, and building up a modern regular army," Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh said at a meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Vietnam's top legislature, on Tuesday.
He said his ministry will hand over all defense entities which engage in economic activities to other ministries for management, maybe in 2012.
According to the White Paper on Vietnam's National Defense Early Years in the 21st Century issued by the country in 2005, Vietnam advocates combining the national defense build-up with economic development while strengthening the national defense capabilities, coordinating activities in national defense, security and diplomacy.
Also, it consistently advocates neither joining military alliance nor allowing foreign countries to have military bases in its territory.

I wonder why the fucken Vietcong military wait until 2012! The very reason the Vietcong military continue to conduct business venture because this is an economic war wage on Cambodia under AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave regime! From now until the 2012, the Vietcong military will continue to grab more businesses before AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave fall from power!
Blow up the Vietcong embassy in Cambodia because it violated Cambodia sovereignty by supporting the Vietcong military activities in Cambodia!

No one against the attendance of VN military who are helping in the VN econonic growth in their country. But please do not make new casern in rubber plantation(100000 ha) in Cambodia like before 1970.

Tell me who really care about Cambodia under the Vietcong occupation? I thought the fucken Vietcong government withdrew their fucken army since 1989! Why now the fucken Vietcong army still conducting their activities in Cambodia? This is a clear violating of Cambodian sovereignty and the Paris Agreement!
Hey! If the fucken Vietcong government can order AH HUN SEN slave to deport any Cambodian citizen such as Monk Tim Sakhorn from Cambodia to be judged and to be jailed in Vietname and what is the fucken point for Cambodian people to live in fear now? It doesn't really matter whether the Cambodian population want to live in fear or not because one way or the others the Vietcong government will have their victim!
So fear no Vietcong and no peace to the Vietcong!
