7:33PM, don't be so judgemental! The people are Not stupid. It's a lack of resources and supports from the Leaderships that make Khmer Society shameful & weak in this modern day. When a person donated the money, it was intended to improve whatever the organizations' mission statement is (are). On the contrary, we DO NOT see much improvement since the CPP inaugural day. What's happening to our moral principles? What was/were factor(s) which prevented us from progressing into the modern world?

Understand that under the circumstances Khmer kids have difficulties going to school because its either make money to feed your family now or go to school and starve.
