May I say it again as just a born-as-khmer soul, please?
By hook or by crook, Sihanouk broke it all and Sihanouk had managed to destroy it all:
Sihanouk had destroyed almost 2 millions of Khmer (including Viet, Chinese, Cham and many other inhabitants of Cambodia).
Sihanouk had managed to crack a few eggs in the process to make the "killing Fields" looked good, killing a couple of his own offspring.
Sihanouk had destroyed patriotism.
Sihanouk had managed to CRUSH khmer's spirit once and for all in
favor of the Viet race by way of the very same infamous "Killing Fields".
Sihanouk had managed to produce a boatload of worthless offspring
specifically Rannaridh (Sihanouk the Playboy Jr.), and Sihamoni
(Sihanouk woman's side - the queer Prince Jr.) to serve the Viet/
YUON's interest.
Sihanouk still manages to serve his master, the Viet/Yuon through Hun Sen as we speak.
What else and how much more do I need to know?

He doesn't deserve to be pardon by the king, he needs pardon by his family!!! He should be locked up a little bit longer to make him relize his mistake, obviously he doesn't so whats the use of letting him out. Lock him up again and maybe this time he will relize what he has done to his family. SIGNED BY HIS FIRST DAUGHTER IN THE STATES!!!
