Former monarch, King Norodom Sihanouk, declared that he decided to stop producing movies because of the recent criticisms made on the shooting of a scene in his movie on 02 January 2008. The scene depicted the evacuation of the population from Phnom Penh on 17 April 1975, and it was criticized as being not too faithful to the event. In an annotation to a royal message dated 06 January, stating: “There are some journalists and kids who criticized me, Norodom Sihanouk, very strongly. Because I always feel worried with cinematography, I am informing our compatriots inside and outside the country, that from now on, I will stop producing movies.” The first act of King Father’s movie, titled Monatio, which depicted the evacuation of the population from Phnom Penh city, near the Independence Monument, some people have criticized the filming, saying that some of the actors wore black clothes like the KR (soldiers), however, their behaviors have nothing to do with the KR.

Hem Keth Sana was a high official of the government and also the President of the Natioanl Administration school. He created the "Movement National" by getting the direct order from HM Norodom Sihanouk.
The goal of the "Movement National" is to convince all intellectuals and officials of the goverment not to flee the country. The "Monatio" convinced everyboby that everything would be Okay when the khmer rouge took over because Monatio has connection with Sihanouk. People believed Monatio and did not flee the country. That was the work of HM Sihanouk with the cooperation of the Khmer Rouge. Objective was to keep all intellectuals and high ranking officials/military in the country and kill them.
That is the true story. Monatio was not a work of some reckless youngs. It was a well calculated maneuver prepared by the Khmer Rouge with the cooperation of HM Sihanouk.
Hem Keth Sana was just a tool used by them.

Sihanouk is digging his heel to test the ECCC blind eye.He is the prime example of how Kher empire was crumbled and look down upon.Look or learn from no long past but Sihanouk lifelong destruction of Cambodia proves there are such individuals existed.

Sihanouk knew everything and every moment of the fall of Lon Nol regime, the march of the khmer rouge, the killings of all Khmers by Khmer Rouge regime which he was their leader. Now he has led a group of mental desorders people to believe that all the killings were done by Vietnam. But all his denials were not properly covered by the fact that he is so joyfull with all the kilings to all people who have not supported him to deposed Lon Nol frol power. His goal was to re-built a country with dummy people working in the fields to feed his family lifestyle like North Korea leaders. He has sacrified everything of his country to offset his revenge and his anger to his people. He has sacrified his children to please his present wife to put her offspring Sihamony as a king of Cambodia. Therefore people have divided between 7 January and 23 ctober. Offcourse both days are very good for Cambodian people to survive and to move forward for more prosperity. But this move has also obstacles by Sihanouk to support Hun Sen to destroy Cambodia at all level as long as this later to keep his mediocre monarchy. People must awaked and must realise what is important for Cambodian common goal? They cannot put their trust to their leaders at all. They are mostly people with no dignity and no integrity.
Shame to Sihanouk for kilings his people between 1975-1979 and put the blame to Pol Pot and to Vietnam. All of Cambodian tragedies were all fromthis single King. A king without shame.
