If Piscasanu is a Lt. Gen., then he should have three stars on his shoulders (not two stars). Based on your illustration of Lt. Gen. has only two stars (Maj. Gen.), which should have been three stars on his shoulders.
Laugh out Loud (LOL), who are these generals? If I am not wrong they must got their ranks from a cereal box. If they think or they want to oppose to the Khmer they need to sit down read the history all over again eventhough the history is written by Thai or not but this Temple was recognized by the U.N from 1962. Having seen this proving that we perhaps is weak in many ways, economically, defense, political strategies and knowledges.
To get out of this circle, we ought to improve ourselve by being prepared to grasp klowledge and understanding. Doing so, we have to shift ourselve out of being a FROG IN A SMALL WELL.
Being independent is learning to depend on ourselve. There is no quick fix for ready made dollars, as it has been portrayed through systematic corruption.Providing support to earn dollars is supposed to be governing role of current government.?Why cambodia still needs financial aids ( low interest loans) from other countries.Khmer generations will end up paying back by ripping cambodia assetts to bare, for generation to come.
