PHNOM PENH - Viet Nam has decided to invest US$600 million USD to build two hydro power plants on the lower Se San river in Cambodia's Ratanakiri and Kratie provinces.

The Lower Se San 1 and Lower Se San 2 hydro power plants are designed to have a combined capacity of over 500MW, according to the Cambodian Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy.

Yeah!I'd agree with all the commentators.in AMERICA'S everyone come to U.S!to work under the U.S!laws.in CAMBODIAN-all the foreiger come to do business in cambodia,we're become their slaves.that because our gorvernment is corrupt and taking bribe from a country like ah chen,or ah youn,I think angkor,tourest site is own 50% by ah youn,and sokimex,that also own by ah youn,and this hydro power plants,it's good for the country.but in the long run it not good for the people.because everthing ah youn,invest in cambodian-will be transfer back to HANOI."ANANIKUM AMERICA RULES!"
