Somdach Ta has been acting like a less education leader since he was ascended to the throne. He has wealth and power, but frequently he uses them in an unproper way.
However, this leadership culture style and normality is siding on "high power distance", "favoritism", or "nepotism". I hear his son (new prince, Somdach Sihamuni" will fight against "nepotism".

The language "petit peuple" (រាស្រ្តតូចតាច) used by Sihanouk should be made a derogatory term and be banned from Khmer language altogether. Such Sihanouk word is just an insult to Khmer people as a whole. Any idea Kenneth SO, or that cash-cow Trudy Jacobsen?
