Does that give anyone any idea here? Look at how America values its own people and look at our Cambodian gov't. When can Cambodian abroad be able to cast their absentee ballot? Your rights and mine, including many Cambodian children for generations to come. We can't vote, but the Viet settlers can. Don't you see the danger here. Think about it. How can Cambodian continue to turn away at this sad reality? By accepting the notion that we are no longer a full-fledge Cambodian and allow the mass settlers to vote on our behalf. Why?????????

If this happens in Cambodia then why can Cambodians abroad vote to make a different in Cambodia? I believe this is a God given rights if the government believes in Democracy. According to the Cambodian Constitution it read that Cambodia is a democracy state thus Cambodians abroad should have access to vote at the Cambodian Embassy in the United States or anywhere else that have Cambodian Embassy throughout the world.

Voting is an expression of oneself that he or she has given his or her rights and believe in that one candidate to do the job as best as he or she could. Cambodian government should pay close attention by allowing Cambodians abroad to vote at the Cambodian Embassies around the world.

I know Samdech Decho support this idea because I know in my heart that Samdech do love and enjoy Capitalism. Samdech Decho...Please do consider for the sake of our country.

I thank you Samdech Decho personally from the bottom of my heart. May you have a long life and prosperous blessing for you and your family Samdech.

the last i read, overseas cambodians can come to cambodia to vote for their favorite party. take advantage of that.

oh, here's another idea: for future reference, let's petition the cambodian gov't to have an online voting system as well as a choice. good idea, huh!

We cannot afford to have a woman or a blackman as the President of the United States. The history cannot be changed!

Why would the American public want a bitch or a nigger running this great country(U.S.); again, the history cannot simply afford the minority to be elected as the president of the United States of America.
