The Sam Rainsy is in the process along the the path of the defunct Son Sann Party.
It is easy to point finger to the CPP. But the big question is was the CPP's trict or the Sam Rainsy is in chaotic management? May be the latter is more appropriate for the situation leading to the defection. Mr. Rainsy will loose more high ranking members if he continue to only listen to his gambling Secretary General. He is the main cause of defection. In fact, most of the defectors were Chhay Eang's faithful followers in the past.
Those dogs appear to be the dog hunters for the CPP's political interest. They also appear to be starving, perhaps SRP did not feed them well. Wish them well with the new master, enjoying the luxury in the wild life.
