It was an international community joint efforts to plant these mines aimed to inflicted the stricken-poverished countries, while created thousands of jobs in those countries (U.S. is one of them).
It's good to have other royalty from another country visiting us. After all, we're the constitutional monarchy country. That says it clearly, we're not COMMUNIST and stop confusing with that the suckers.
