The KR Tribunal issued a communiqué indicating that the work of the ECCC co-judges’ on the spot investigation at the location of the incident will take place on Tuesday 26 February in Choeung Ek, and on Wednesday 27 February at the Tuol Sleng museum (S-21). These two locations will be closed to the public during the 2 days above. A KRT judge told a foreign news agency that Kaing Kek Iev, aka Duch, the Tuol Sleng jail chief, will be taken out of jail and brought to the 2 locations above for re-enactment of the crimes he committed for the KRT officials to see.
