in the US, media is very powerful liason between the general public and gov't. it ought to be the same in cambodia. expose the bad practices in gov't so the public can understand what is going on better. i mean someone got to do it, and there's no better organization than the media.

no gov't on the planet can help all its people, especially through nuke and cranny. instead of trying to have everybody this way, why not teach them all how to help themselves and not to depend so much on anyone but themselves. cambodia is not a big welfare state. its poor people ought to be taught to help themselves more my being innovative, diversify their agriculture to planting corns, vegetables, fruits, and other commodities else there than to just rely solely on rice, rice, rice, and more rice. i would prefer teaching them to help themselves over to keep handing out freebies. cambodia has a saying like this: education follow you everywhere and no one can steal your knowledge, whereas material stuff can come and go. so please practice this proverb; can never go wrong.
