Yes, this is the win-win strategy.
Win-win strategy doesn't mean SRP or CPP will take over power or compete deadly for power. This win-win strategy means Cambodian nation and her peoples are the winner.
USA is practicing win-win strategy as two prominent parties have exchanged their time to bring happiness to their peoples.
Now, has Cambodia practiced win-win strategy?

agree, sharing of power ie. important, political positions is very possible when khmers work together for the interest of the nation. khmers are very proud of our race. long live the kingdom of cambodia.
remember, a large group is harder to beat than an individual. this works hand and hand with political party as well. go khmers go!

This is excellent formular. Water is flexible transformation at any circumstances and it is stronger than vocano. The fuction of water, it keeps moving toward sea and water is the hopeness of living things on earth.
As We are Cambodians/Khmer. We do need REAL PEACE, but not Fake Peace, or someone else give us peace. REAL PEACE means All Khmer need to SAMAKI Knear. I know water will keep cleaning everything: fake peace, corruption, Vietnamese staves, and then the REAL PEACE come and it means water reach its destination, SEA.
cambodia can look to nature for motto or model eg. ants, bees,wasps, bamboo trees, waterfalls, etc., as well as swarm of insects, etc. many cultures, for centuries have looked to nature as model for their solidarity (samaki khnea in khmer). great ideas!

factually i do not believe the yuons are that strong mentally or militarily. and spiritually the yuons are dead because they are the robbers in southeast asia and they have committed the horrible crimes against humanity. they have no way to win "in the end". meaning they will be bitterly defeated in the end and all the victims will get to look upon the demise of this race with contempt. that's right, the yuons are not that strong militarily. gather your strength, organize it real well, and fight the yuon once again you'll be surprised how easily the yuons can be defeated and pushed back all the way to the north - to thier despicable origin. finish them off if you can.
the youn were lucky that the USA did not bomb them to oblivious. they brag a lot thinking that they won the conflict with the USA. good thing the USA got tired of them and didn't want anything else to do with them again. i think if it were a serious war like say, if the youn try to invade the USA or something like that, America could have annihilated the youn country from the face of the earth permanently, but USA chose not to do that. lucky them, huh!!
me too, i don't think youn is that strong militarily or mentally. mostly, it's about the show.
The Khmer are formed from nature and shaped by nature spiritually, we are most awakened in this world. It is up to the awakened ones to enlighten those still in the dark. I dont believe Vietnam will achieve spiritual peace anytime soon, they are too full of negativity and karma, and its just waiting to consume them.
