Four months to the election, Prime minister Hun Sen declared that he wants free, fair and transparent election which will take place in a quiet atmosphere. “Violence would harm the image of the Cambodian government,” he said during a visit to the Royal University of Agriculture on Thursday 06 March. “The situation must not degenerate, like it was in Kenya.” Hun Sen also said that he is ready to quit his position should he lose the election. “One must recognize the election results. If I were not elected, I would ask the winner to form a new government, and I would transfer the power to him, as well as to the Council of Ministers,” Hun Sen explained.

You believe Hun Sen.He pretend to be fair. But you know, all high ranking officials in all provinces have already dispatched to the "base" to start eletoral campaign for the CPP, using state budget and and budget cut from each provincial department(You signe 100% on the paper but you receive only 30% of the money). That a common practice since the seond election in 1998.

The word to say is very easy but the way to do is complecated. If our PM prefer to do like this Cambodia will modern state in Asia also in the rest of the world and he will be the first hero of the Khmer history. We have the big respect for him, but we are waiting for this act.
7:22, Cambodia election is one of the cleanest in SE Asia. We have the least irregularity because we have thousands of international observers here, but the losers claimed that they all blind.

You are blind, deaf and crippled. Cambodia is the clearest in SE Asia while the national mass media is absolutely used by CPP, the national budget has been misused to spread CPP's propaganda, NEC is just the machine of CPP...etc
