Cambodia former monarch, King Norodom Sihanouk, said that he supports the One China Policy, and that Tibet cannot be separated from China at all. The ex-king also condemned all attempts to separate Tibet or any other region from China.
The Hero King who is currently undergoing medical treatment in Beijing was quoted by AFP on Friday, as writing a statement declaring his support (for this policy) since the era when he was leading Cambodia in the 50s and 60s.
King-Father indicated that he “always declared that TIBET was an inalienable part of the People’s Republic of China.”
The ex-monarch also said that he supported China’s security tightening after the violent demonstrations in Tibet, as well as in other regions of communist China.

Dear All,
I was visiting a good friend of mine, who just left hospital .We had a good chatting about his past in Cambodia where he was a young lieutenant of Force Armee Royale Khmere.....
In June 20th 1969 he was called on the duty to clear and defend inside of Kampong Cham University Campus.At the Amphi theatre,
my friend and another five officers were were standing for security of the secret meeting between prince Sihanouk,Khmer Chef de l'Etat, and Pham Vandong of North Vietnam.
The both spoken through Khmer interpreter,Kea Chhun,who was the Chancellor of KG Cham University,from 12:00 Midnight to 2:00am.
My friend was so shocked when he had heard his boss,chef de l'etat,spoken so influenced in Yuon language to Pham Vandong.
The secret meeting was off at 2:00 am in the morning Sihanouk entered to his black Cadillac of number plate which registrated :
" Etat 4 " , one of his 15 State limousines .
He recalled the old memories during his post along Khmer-Yuon Border .Dakdam where US plane bombed to kill many Khmer Soldiers
while Yietcong had laughed at us to defend them whom were given the sanctuary inside Cambodia.
His troop had arrested a son of Dr Pathe who was Sihanouk's Doctor.He carried the money with amount of 200 Million riels ($2 million dollars in the black market exchange ) .General Nhiek Choulon was Army chief had given order to release immediately that French porter.It was the Big Boss's networks.My friend & his troop were nearly fired and they were under special investigation.
One of his friend,Lieutenant Nghem San was killed in his Camp along the border nearby Yietcong's Santuary......Yietcong assassinated him cuz he knew too much and wasn't not too friendly toward them.

I think all Cambodian people should concentrate on Cambodian problems and shouldn't bother to talk about Tibet which is a problem of other people. When Mongolian and Tibet have allied to each other to take China in the 11 and 12 century, the world was quiet.
China territory now was created by Tibet emperor and Mongolian emperor in Youn Dynasty and by Munchury Emperor of Qin dynasty from 1664. The Han people has never invaded Tibet. As for Sihanouk created Khmer Rouge, we all know Sihanouk was against Khmer Rouge when he ruled Cambodia. And when Ah Khmer Youn couped Sihanouk's arse and allowed the US to influence Cambodia, they were destroying Cambodia. They created the environment from the Vietnamese, Laotian, and Chinese to take over Cambodia completely in order to drive the enemy out of their backyard. But lucky for us that Sihanouk was able to used the Khmer Rouge to take over Cambodia instead and save what little we got left of Cambodia. Isn't that the truth?
