Photos showing land lost due to Vietnamese encroachments in Kampong Cham province
This picture shows a student standing next to a newly cut-down palm tree in Dounroth village, Dounroth commune, Memot district, Kampong Cham province. This area was encroached by Vietnam in 2005. Following the encroachment, the Vietnamese authority immediately cut down all the palm trees to destroy the evidence of Cambodian identity. Unlike Cambodia, Vietnam does not plant palm trees, therefore in all its encroached lands, palm trees were ordered to be immediately cut down. Losing Khmer land to Vietnam is real, not science fiction. Back in 1992 to 1994, I used to work in Kampong Cham and had missions to Memot District. I heard both the local villagers and local CPP soldiers whom I knew very very told me that Vienamese Govt was enchoaching and taking Khmer land progressively. Youn had used all tacktics to swallow Khmer land bit by bit constantly. A lot of Memot Distict villagers lost their ancestor land to Vietm. They told me that did make complaints to upper Khmer Authority, but no one stepped in to resolve the issue. Even local soldier, stationned their got frustrated coz they told me that Hun Neang, Hun Sen's brother was the Kampong Cham provincial Governor, as he does as today, but this dude has never had any says, regarding these encroachment, while his Son, Hun To was a ganster during that time.
In early 1990s, I even withnessed Hun To, narrowly escaped his death during a Shooting out at Traeung, about 15 Km from Kampong Cham downtown. A Traeung soldier got fed up with this ganster and launched a B-40 rocket launcher and killed a bunch of Hun To 's friends that hang out with him at that location, but Hun To narrowly escape this cheating death. Everyday, Kampong Cham residences whished Hun To died coz they hate him creating social cheotic coz his father was the Provincial Governor. If you used to live in Cmabodia from 1979 to the 1990s, you know what I am talking about. This Hun's family causes Cambodia to lose land and deplete Cambodia resources. They are all traitor and treason. I have no respect for them.
According to the Paris Agreement, the Vietcong are violating Cambodian sovereignty!
It is amazing that AH HUN SEN Vietcong puppet government never ask the United Nations for help regarding the Cambodian border issues with the Vietcong! AH HUN SEN is a traitor!
Cambodia must enforce the Paris Agreement now!
The whole Cambodian border will be measured again according to international standard to verify with the old map and compare it with the current Vietcong map!

My Khmer friend has a brother who is Khmer and has always lived on his farm in Cambodia, near the Vietnam border going to Hat Tien. Now because the border has moved just recently , he now lives in "" Vietnam "". What the hells happening here? Is he now a youn and can he get a Viet passport ?

However, a point of paramount importance of not having a misaprehension is imperative to ensure that you do understand -- at leat a small portion of knowledge -- to udnerstand the border demarcation process.
Moreover, should you need further education on border issues, we'll be glad to provide you additional education, thus enable you to discern what is "fact" and "fiction."

i suggest the gov't take swift action to investigate any border encroachment claim by the khmer villagers who have lived in the area for a long time. please keep pushing the gov't to raise this issue up everything single time when the vietnamese leaders meet with cambodian counterparts. i tend to believe the cambodians as cambodia is prone and vulnerable to losing land to the traditionally encrouching vietnamese thieves. so lands like the one in the pictures above must be expeditiously make habitable by the gov't so villages can be build all along the border areas or frontiers. this not only can help to mark the territory, it can also, safeguard the enemies youn from any future encrouchment into cambodia. every single inches of cambodian land is very precious to our nation and can not be ignored again. please required fences be build and canal digged if we have to mark our territories with any neighboring countries. please get the gov't to gov't involved so to maintain good friendship bilaterally. thanks for all khmers' interest in protecting our land. and plant more palm trees and have the villagers look after them and take good care of them.
