Why do we have family members holding too many positions in the government? Look at George Bush his wife is always the first lady and nothing else. Those days, not many people was willing to join the Ranaksey Samaki Sankrus Chheat. Educated people during Lon Nol left from Pol Pot was scared because they beleived that RSSC was under the control of VN. Some joined the party because of poverty. Then, RSSC chose families and friend to fill up position. Now, it has to be changed but how?
