Yes,only Cambodia under Ah Hun Xen regime is very poor in the world.

Why Khmer people are so poor because of Khmer vietcong Hun Sen and his gangs imposed on them with small salary and wage to kill Cambodia social-economic and cultural .
Wrong, Khmer was poor and dying of disease and starvation even before PM Hun Sen was appointed. Thus, there is no way for PM to have anything to do with Khmer being so poor.
On the other hand, Khmer was living reasonably well and happy, until Ah Khmer-Yuon and company destroyed everything, not to mention causing millions and millions of dead.
