Hor Nam Hong, vice-prime minister and minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, said that Cambodia really wants to become a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council between 2013 and 2014. Hor Nam Hong made this comment during his meeting with Rama Yade, the French Secretary General of Foreign Affairs, in Phnom Penh on 23 April 2008. The Agence Khmer de Presse (AKP) quoted Hor Nam Hong as saying that the reason Cambodia wants to become a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council is because Cambodia never occupies any UN office yet, since it became a UN member.

It 's too early for Cambodia to hold this UN post. Maybe after Hun Sen stepped dowmn.
How come a Kleptocate regime occupie this seat at the UN?

If Hun Sen's Cambodia really occupied this post, please appoint AH Hun To, Hun Choch, Soeun Phen Dey, Hok Lundy, Kun Kim...... as Ambassador and Official at the UN.....

I guess it's good to have some voice in the UN, despite it is corrupted because nothing is perfect on this planet.
