Here is a story of Tibet.
Tibet has been a part of China since Mongol invasion to Tang Kingdom and has formed a great empire of Yuon dynasty from 1279-1368. Chinese Han has liberated themselves from the big empire and has called themselves Ming Dynasty from 1368-1664. Manchury has captured the whole China again from 1664 till 1911 included Tibet and Xing Jiang and recalled China. FRom 1911-1951 Tibet was under Kuok Ming Tang authority. Chinese liberation armies have replaced the Kuok Ming Tang army in 1951 with peacefull transaction. China central authority have agreed with Tibet authority to keep Tibet as an autonomous region. Before 1959, Tibet has been ruled by their traditional system with three social classes.
-Rulers ( 5%of population) controled all lands, rivers, mountains and all slaveries.
-Lama buddhist monks
-Slaveries 95% of population own by rulers. These slaveries can be traded by rulers within Tibet or sold to anyone. They were living like hell. They have no land, no farm. Their lives very misery and sleeping with animals sometime.
Since 1951, these rulers have been forced by their own slaveries for a social reform to have social justice and abolistion of slaveries society. THe slaveries were getting stronger and stronger until 1959, they have rebelled against their rulers. These rulers have fled their region of Tibet to India from their own slaveries classes. But on arrival to India, they have claimed that they have a fail rebel against China rule. But it was in reality a different story. Now Tibet people have lived far better than before. They have schools, hospital, roads, shopping centres, cities far better than Cambodia and Phnom Penh. Within this 3 years, 90% of all Tibetians will all have good housing completed with electicity and home appliances. Therefore we must think what does it means about liberation of Tibet? To be slaveries again or from their slaveries status? We, as Cambodian have also experienced ourselves in 1979. Some would say that they have liberated from hell by Vietnamese. Some have said for political reason, Vietnam invasion in 1979. Without Vietnamese invasion, Cambodian people would have been all perished by Derachharn Pol Pot and his clan. Areak Prey
