Thaksin to tee-off with his pal Hun Sen: Thaksin's spokesman

Thaksin to "hit the fairways" with Cambodian leader

(BangkokPost.com) - Thaksin Shinawatra's spokesman Pongthep Thepkanjana remains confident that his boss will be able to fight charges of corruption against him and that he will also be able to clarify controversial loans granted to Burma worth 4 billion baht while he was serving as Thailand's prime minister.

For the moment, however, Mr Thaksin seems to want to take it easy. He's reportedly planning to tee-off with Cambodian leader Hun Sen at his invitation on April 5-6.

He then plans to hold talks with business investors from Brunei and a European country upon his return to Thailand to convince them to invest in Thailand.

Oh good, it looks like former Thai PM is in good shape. I knew God loves him, and he's untouchable.

Of course, you have to be in shape to have a good swing. This is one of my favorite sports.

But my bet is on Hun Sen, the one sharp eyed angel from Prey Phnom. The former Thai PM can only watch this man with awe. My bet is 25 baht up front.
