The HRP declared that it will hold a farmers’ congress on Friday 30 May. Kem Sokha, HRP president, told the Kampuchea Thmey newspaper that his party will hold this congress in the morning of 30 May, and it will be participated by about 1,000 farmers. Kem Sokha said that the goal of this congress if to allow farmers from all over the country the opportunity to tell what type of aid they want when the HRP wins the election. Kem Sokha indicated that this congress will be attended by people coming from all 24 provinces and municipalities in Cambodia. At the same time, Kem Sokha is confident that the entire 1,000 people will participate in the congress, even though it is now the rainy season. Besides this farmers’ congress, the HRP is also planning for a youth congress to be held June.

It is interesting. While the HRP asks people what they would want from it, the SRP tells them what it would have for them.

Well, the SRP don't have anything useful for anyone but to cause people suffering. On the other hand, the HRP is on the right track by asking people directly as to what they want instead of taking a wild guess. Accordingly, the HRP will be the next opposition while the SRP will continued to fade away with the rest of the Lon Nolians.
So this congress is about people opinions on what thet want if and should HRP would be elected.
It's good idea indeed but seemed scatchy.
Why?
Seemed that people can tell the party what they really want from HRP and whether the part would able to delivery are totally another pot of fish and subject to whether "You vote for me and I will try my best".
Don't HRP has its firm policy and platform for people of Cambodia?
IRI is wrong. If IRI want to be right, should say that government is bad ... and people want to change the leader...
IRI is not wrong or wright it just show his scientific finding and every educated people know that it mean not thing just for gessing! and planing!
