Ang Chanrith, the executive director of the Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Human Rights Organization (KKHRO), asked the Vietnamese ambassador in Cambodia to help arrange for the travel by a KKHRO delegation to visit former Monk Tim Sakhorn, the former Abbott of Phnom Den North pagoda, who is currently jailed in Vietnam.

In a letter sent to the Vietnamese embassy in Phnom Penh at the end of April, Ang Chanrith indicated that the KKHRO plans to travel to Vietnam’s An Giang province on 20 May.

RFA did not obtain any reaction from the Vietnamese embassy yet regarding this issue.

Oh, Zip it. Ah Sakhorn will be out of prison soon. From Yuon goodness, he's only got 1 or 2 years instead of 20.
