The president of the Yong Woo South Korean company which plans to build a 42-story high rise on the spot of the former Chinese Hospital in Phnom Penh, claimed that his company has no plan to cancel the development, nor does it run away from the project as rumors claimed. The Rasmei Kampuchea newspaper quoted Chong Ha Choi, Yon Woo Co. president, as saying on 28 April, that his company has no plan of abandoning several million of investment while the project has not started yet. He added that if his company packs up and take the buyers money to run away, than his company office would not be opened for business, and besides that, he is still present in Phnom Penh. He said that the construction of the Gold Tower 42 may start by the end of May, and the construction would be completed by the end of 2011.

If you are dealing any business with any Korean man and woman, please think twice. They can run away very easy at night time. We have already experienced these kind of behavious in many countries.

Shihanouk will buy that! The stupid evil student of ah Tep Vong!
here's a hint: make sure one hears it from the "horse's mouth", not rumors as rumors tend to get people in trouble. plus, it's not smart to be reactive by rumors. seeing is believing is a good philosophy to have. thank you.
