In 1987, I took the initiative to negotiate with His Excellency Hun Sen and his regime which was established in Phnom Penh in January 1979. My goal was to make the occupation troops of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam leave and to put to an end the Protectorate of this Vietnam on my country.

Hun Sen, are bumping into each other in order to woo, pamper, praise, perfume with incense the almighty Samdech Akka Décho Hun Sen, and to satisfy him and his regime with colossal “gifts,” and to “invest” everywhere in the “2nd Kingdom” Cambodia. ECCC for KR trial is working for the benefits of Viet invaders to cover up the Vietnamization of Cambodia. It's no transparency. You, Sihanouk, and Khieu Samphan, bot are Kampuchea Democratic presidents. You should be tried the same way as Khieu Samphan.
And over 100,000 Viet troops still occupied Cambodia, as said recently by neay Kh'vang Hun Sen. All Viet invaders did not withdraw from Cambodia at all, because of you, bastard king. I agreed the the above comments, we owed him nothing. Sihanouk whom owned a lots of thing to our ansetors. He let his son to sign illegal borther agreements with his famous friend (Viet Nam).

This goal was able to achieve and thank to the then the foreign minister of Australia H.E Gareth Evans' proposal put foward to the UN and warring factions in hope to put an end to the civil war and meseries of all Cambodian people [considering the utmost sufferings of Cambodia people during the ensuing 5 years civil war between the Lon Nol regime backed by the USA and KR, the 3 years 10 months and 20 days under the killing regime of KR, and the final strife between the coalition force of Sihanoukists, Sonsanians and Khmer Rouge and state of Cambodia].
It was a tough and endured negotiation which took almost a decade to reach a fruitful compromise for the unity of Cambodia and its sovereignty, to put an end to the protectorate regime and pave way for the establishment of the 2nd Kingdom of Cambodia, the UN sponsor 1st ever general election, and the sovereign state of Cambodia nowadays.
